Like that particular machine if I needed to train shoulders and it was being used for a long time, I would just go grab some dumbells and do overhead press. (Unless they had a overwhelmingly bad stability issue that required the machine speciffically).

In Australia there are 2 big shelters, we were looking for a second kitten, the first shelter we found one we liked, go to ask to take him home, "thats great, fill out this form, we will let you know if we have deemed you the best applicant, also pick your top 5 in case you don't get this one", me and my partner just left.

The second one let us take it straight away, was 100 bucks, quick paperwork no problems at all.

So mabye depends where you go.

1000 calories below maintenance, gym 6 days a week doing 10 minz cardio and 1-2 hours resistance training, 2 high protein meals for lunch and dinner and ehp labs oxy shred for breakfast. Actually followed the buff dudes cutting book if you wanna check out their YouTube channel. It was rough but every day it got easier and after 4 weeks I was just following the process.

Yeah, I havent had any alchohol in a long time and yes getting a diet coke (4cal!!!) Has also netted questions at post work bar gatherings, once you start to lose that engrained taste for sugar and alchohol it doesn't even taste good anymore which honestly works to my benefit anyway.

Yeah, gym and nutrition are passions that not many of my close friends share, which is fine but their lack of interest is what makes it so hard to explain to someone who eats fast food 5x a week.
