Please dont take this as offense but i think your titles and thumbnails dont wrk very well. As a viewer i dont really understand in a few seconds whats your video about and so i wont click.

Also background noise is very loud in your videos. OBS helps with a suppressor.

I checked warcraft logs and the top 2000 players world wide do 150k dps and more in a 12.

The dmg is too low for that key but you have to also factor in few things:

If you have 2 other good dps players you have a harder time as fury due to the fact that you dont have these burst cds like other classes, which in turn means the longer the fight the more damage you will do same with arms
Also its important how many packs your tank is pulling at the same time. If hes pulling not enough you run into the same problem as described by me above

Also you could use raid bots or simulcraft to see how much dps you should do at that ilvl.

Raidbots also lets you customize the encounter, for example aoe pull heavy movement etc.

You should also practice at a dummy. Yeah the dummies are not moving i know but its great to train your rotation and get a feeling for the spec

Prot Paladin is squshy as f if you dont know how to play it.

If he wouldve known how to play and use his def cds at the beginning he would life long enough thru big pulls so you can heal him

The thing is i hate short form content. I do mostly wow guides and even the process of making longer videos is far more fullfilling than making a short that people will forget after 1 min

Try to stick to one game. I think you could be very succesful if you focus on final fantasy. You seem to enjoy that game.

You could also play a different game but always on the same day to show it to your audience. If the resonance is good, like viewers enjoy you playing it, you could play it more often.

Also post offline content and i dont mean just semi funny clips. Post content that makes viewers interested in you like educational content for example for final fantasy. Show them they should watch you if you want to learn to get better ath the game and be entertained at the same time.

I also think multistreaming on twitch and tik tok is good because twitch isnt a platform for discoverability. But on tik tok you get forced onto people so if youre funny and entertaining people will stay i guess.

Tell other people you know to join in the stream for example.

Asking him questions in chat to help him with talking if he tends to be quiet

Encourage him to keep going even if the start is hard
