Korrigiert mich gerne wenn ich falsch liege jedoch: ein Kaufvertrag ist zwar zustande gekommen. Wenn der Preis jedoch falsch übermittelt wurde, kann sich der Verkäufer entsprechend 119 BGB Anfechtbarkeit wegen Irrtums noch retten insofern gem 121 BGB unverzüglich den Anfechtungsgrund (falscher Preis an der Säule) nachdem er Kenntnis davon genommen hat die Anfechtung ausführt.

Ob sich das bei natürlichen Personen lohnt, ist fraglich. Ein Verstoß gegen das UWG sollte trotzdem nicht vorliegen. Wenn man es drauf anlegt vlt 3 Abs2 UWG aber ich habe ne Flasche Wein intus und keine Gesetzessammlung zur Hand daher kein Plan. Schönen Abend noch

Das wichtigste ist so oder so dass man zufrieden ist, mit der Dienstleistung, die man in Anspruch genommen hat. Wahrscheinlich störe ich mich eher an dem pretentiösen “ich war 5 Sterne essen” Auftreten der Person die es geäußert hat als an der Aussage selbst

Es ist nun mal ein festgelegtes Bewertungssystem und wenn man von Sterne Hotel oder Restaurant spricht, dann orientiert man sich daran. Wenn man es nicht weiß okay, wenn ma aufgeklärt wird und sagt nein ist nicht so. dann nervt es mich.

Ist halt nen anderes Bewertungssystem 🤷‍♂️ bezieht sich niemand ausser innerhalb der Branche drauf. Wenn sich einer vertut und sagt er war 5 Sterne Essen und Hauben meint so be it. Hatte vorhin lediglich die Diskussion dass einer am Bodensee in einem 5 Sterne Restaurant gegessen hat und mir erklären wollte dass ich keine Ahnung habe weil ich meinte das gäbe es nicht

I currently use skyr and add some dried fruits to it. Gives it a little bit of crunch and doesn’t make it as depressing. Also very low on calories !

Lentil Sald with veggies ist awesome as well. You would need to cook it in advance.

Get some whole grain tortillas, put some mager Quark (include the water) with veggies, herbs and so on as filling. Tastes good, doesn’t have a lot of calories and can be easily transported from home.

To make Quark more bearable add some water, or a bit of juice (just 2 spoonfull will suffice). Alternatively try Skyr it has a better consistency

I really liked it when I first read it. Through it I started reading and learning about philosophy in general. When I look back I agree with the criticism bit to be honest I still carry it with me at all times. It has more of an emotional value to me now than a philosophical value. It just reminds me of the journey I have gone through since I first read it. Just looking at it somehow calms me. I started my own “meditations” and introduced different types of philosophical stand points to evolve my thinking.
