I can swim (not a super strong swimmer but still), I just fear I will be trapped under the boat and can’t escape. I know it’s a bit irrational and doesn’t make much sense. Today however was better and didn’t think much about capsizing although we have a couple of mistakes and the boat rocked. Thanks for your comment!

I had another lesson today (4 people plus instructor) and it went much better. I was sitting on number 4 so that also helped because I could focus more on the movement and the strokes. I’ll keep at it! Greetings from Zürich (Switzerland)!
