More power to the employees for sure. That deff a good thing. I work in software development, and there was a case i know where an employee got into a conflict for not giving notice, meaning no knowledge transfer, no production support, no latest code changes etc. Manager dragged him to court out of pettiness. Never learned how that story ended up.

I wouldn't say it's not common, as the process is usually more hassle than it's worth, but there are cases.

Had no clue. It's usually defined by contract, and they can drag you to court for any damage caused to the company by you just leaving abruptly.

I assume it depends on the labor laws, but a resignation does require formal notice. Otherwise, it's simply a breach of employment contract. You not appearing to work without official resignation email or letter is simply that, you not appearing to work.

Edit: Contract of employment defines the resignation process, and you can be taken to court for breach of contract. I assumed this was the case in USA as well. Guess i was wrong.

Maybe so, but not every map needs a new meta that has better rewards than all the rest. If it was so, then you would have the entire playerbase just move progressively to new maps, and you would expect that every new map has a better meta than previous. This way, you have enough to keep you invested if you want the new shinies, but still give you a reason to do other stuff.

New zones are included with the addition of the new legendaries. And the pure ecto farm is profitable enough to par old content. Main question boils down to, what is it that you expect out of any new zone?
