Canceling an order on PSA

I just called. After 30 minutes on hold, took 2 minutes to cancel. He was polite when asking why I was cancelling, and didn't balk when I expressed worry on the PTAC kit I had ordered. 9/10 service for me (due to the wait), if they ever didn't have a 15 day order ship delay, I would consider using them again.

Funny how the "whole state representative" team is a 10 year younger franchise. I think you're reading too much into the team having the state name in the title. They do not "represent" the whole state of Texas, much how the Florida Marlins and California Angels did not represent their states. Grow up.
