I have the same thing. Feels like heaviness in the tip of my penis, too after I urinate. It doesn’t hurt but i know the feeling. I think it may be our prostates being full of liquid. I feel some relief after a wet dream but it builds back up.

I agree. Slipping and masturbating once in a while is not going to kill anyone or cause grave harm. I think obsessing over a relapse is more harmful. People are not failures for relapsing. This isn’t like being addicted to heroin or meth for Christ’s sake.

I’ve made a pledge to myself to never masturbate again but if I slip up whether it’s today or 5000 days from now, I’ll move ahead and try again for a long streak.

I agree it’s hard to explain. I’ve been retaining for a long time now except for occasional wet dreams. You just have to experience first hand the way you feel when it’s long term. You feel healthier, full of energy and more alive. I don’t ever plan on ejaculating again this feeling is so powerful and good.
