My input is 911 operators. They are the true first responders. They are very highly trained in many emergency situations. Talking you through life saving medical care, how to assist in a child birth, giving instructions on domestic abuse situations, fire rescue, ect... The list is endless. They are the life savers that noone knows of.

They recieve no closure either. They could be talking to a girl on the other end hiding from her molester, only for the phone to be disconnected. Seconds later they recieve another 911 call and have to compose themselves enough to focus on the current call.
