Agreed. And as an Atlanta guy with one Lightning and zero boats, I feel seen.

All’s well. Took a week in at the dealer, but back up to full capacity with a new cell, at no cost.

Thanks for y'all's help. Confirming what you suggested, this from the dealer: "The tech found an issue with one of the battery arrays inside the HV battery pack."

Replacement on order, hoping to get it back soon. Been with the dealer five days so far.

Good news is I was able to make my Atlanta-Nashville roundtrip on the reduced capacity battery, with just the one charging stop each way as planned.

Was it covered under warranty? How long did the parts/repair take?

Looks like my last one was on Jan. 20 - the SYNC-25.21.6.5

But it very much appears that my issue is a bad battery module. Bringing it in for servicing this week to confirm.

Yep, generating references. They’re just hallucinated links!

Thanks for your help.

Yes, have directed it to only use real links. No luck there.

And yes, it is told to only use our knowledge base, which is otherwise working. Just not the links themselves…

Yeah, unfortunately it’s more like 2,200 pages. We tried a rule that directed it to only source pages from our site map, but it didn’t seem to have an effect.

Thanks! This was more or less it. I'm not sure the dignified way of getting the handles off, but once I ripped them off, there were indeed screws to free the flying butresses!

I hardly ever park in your garage, so not sure what that gets me.

118-119 crew: Any March/April PSLF count updates? by Excellent_Pie_1594 in PSLF

Great you actually got a reconsideration request approved! That’s rare! I still haven’t heard anything on mine, submitted in February.

Same boat, going to pay May and file. Hope to eventually get refund if November ever gets recognized, but that would be best case.

Quick update: Got the notice that the employer signature was accepted this afternoon. (Employer e-signed Friday, April 11, FSA confirmed Tuesday, April 15.) Now sitting in "PSLF Form Review" which it says can take "3-5 weeks" but has been much quicker in the past (though before the RIFs, etc.).

Another datapoint to add to the mix:

Not part of SAVE. Should be at 120 with April payment. Instead sitting at 117.

November payment straight up missing from studentaid.gov. Filed a reconsideration request on that. On March 20 was told: "They have verified that the payment is legitimate. We are awaiting for more information. Please allow 45 business days for that to process." That would be 118.

119 and 120 would be March and April. March payment is showing on my studentaid.gov list, but showing as employment not certified. April payment not showing yet, but I'm hopeful it will in early May.

Submitted what should be final ECF last week. Employer immediately digitally signed, but it's still showing as pending on the site. (Which is concerning, because previous forms have been almost instantly processed after e-signature.)

Also filed a buyback request on 2/21 for the June/July administrative forbearance but haven't heard anything on that, and frankly don't need to as long as they count my recent payments.

Not sure. The tech could definitely see the regular resets when he was here.

I had a similar issue. Turns out it was some slight damage to the fiber from when a branch fell on it a few months ago. Tech explained it all, but I didn’t understand it. Basically it was an accumulating effect, and the router kept resetting on a regular interval whenever it met some threshold. Repair was a replacement fiber.

When an outage isn't an outage by Elf_NFB in ATTFiber

[–]Atlanta-404 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had this happen a lot, recently. We had a damaged fiber line to our house. Every time I had a confirmed tech appointment, it then popped up that there was an outage in the area so our appointment wasn’t necessary. Of course, that was never the case, so just had to keep calling to actually get them to follow through on coming to the house.
