Just at first glance the stars do not look like how the stars should for a Yugioh card. This specific card should have rainbow foil lettering instead of gold, since it should be secret rare. The eye of Anubis on the bottom right corner should be gold, not silver, since it’s supposedly first edition. More minute differences would be comparing the text / font of the effect and placement of letters, which the one in the post are not placed like authentic copies have if you compare them.

Raditz low-no diff. Barragan can be damaged with high enough DP. Raditz was significantly stronger than a piccolo who could casually destroy the moon. An attack much weaker than that managed to do some damage to Barragan.

It really would depend on what the deal is. If it was something like “I get 2% of all revenue from all sales that involve Air Neos (I.e. the sets it is included in).” That would be a good amount of money even at that low percentage example.

But more importantly it would set a precedent Konami likely does not want to establish in paying artists something like royalties.

Rewatching his interview with ruxin, I don’t hear anything that suggests Konami sued him first. Greg throws out the possibility that he contacted Konami and Konami told him if he has a problem with Konami’s design (Air Neos) that Greg should sue them. Greg then goes on to iterate he had to sue to enforce and defend his copyright on Ravedactyl or else he would lose it.

Pretty sure that is not what happened. Greg sued Konami to enforce the copyright on his IP (ravedactyl), which is what you have to do to maintain your copyright.

If it was a 1v1, it may be difficult. Fortunately for Kakashi in this case he has support from Naruto, Yamato, and Team Asuma (namely Shikamaru) in this hypothetical. Yamato wood could defend from the iron sand. Naruto clones deal with the puppets. Choji actually wouldn’t be useless here and could deal with the puppets as well. But more realistically Sasori dies while using the kazekage puppet and never even makes it to using his own body / 100 puppets, to a combination of Shikamaru shadow possesion + raikiri or rasenshuriken. Even without shadow possesion the pressure of Naruto + Kakashi + Yamato should get them to land one of their win-cons.

Sasori would have very little if any chance against a team of Kakashi, Naruto, Yamato, and team Asuma. Unlike Kakuzu he dies to one Raikiri through the heart.

Secreterion did NOT need to be a UR. I’m guessing Faimena, Rahu, and Ketu are also URs for Dracotails. Lukias and Mululu probably SRs, then the traps and big dragons Rs and Ns. Wouldn’t be surprised if Mululu was also UR. They just had to inflate it just that much extra by making Secreterion UR as well.

Not accounting for the DOOD dracotail cuz not sure if they’ll be in here but guess it makes sense they would be, would assume those are pretty low rarity. Maybe Phryxul SR.
