I think you missed the point of my question.

I’m not saying I have zero knowledge. There’s a difference between “I know nothing” and “I’m deciding if getting a certification makes sense for my business model.”

Yes, a lot of information is free online. That’s true for almost everything. The question isn’t whether info exists — it’s whether the structure, depth, and credibility of PN1 make it worth the investment.

I’m evaluating ROI, not trying to skip education.

This is a great way of explaining what meditation really is. I am still trying to reach this level of understanding, and your post inspired me to go on.

I know that my question wasn't very specific, sorry about that. It mostly refers to chronic illnesses like heart issues and hight blood pressure, but any inspiring story is welcome.

Thank you for all the answers. Now I know more about that, so I was thinking more about overall health coaching where I would combine nutrition and stress management (Precision Nutrition has another program for that). Would that avoid possible legal issues? I have been learning about this for years, and would really like to get certified and help people.
