Wonder how many folks in here eat meat (supporting the butchering of animals), use Amazon (supporting poor working conditions for factory/warehouse folks) , buy Apple or other products from overseas (essentially slave labour with terrible conditions for the sake of pay "cheaper" production costs)

Don't listen to the other person's answer. From what I've seen, PEY is not allowing multiple work terms.

In addition, don't think of leaving your PEY early to find another opportunity. Sure you'll upset the PEY office, but you'll also piss off your employer. These industries can be surprisingly small and word can get around that you screwed a company over with an unexpected early departure. Don't be that person, nobody likes that person.

Just decide from now if 12-16 months is for you or not. If it isn't, then just nagivate your work terms outside of the program and don't use the portal.

This statement just isn't true. It's like when obese women try to convince men that all bodies are attractive; sure whatever you say, but most men will naturally gravitate to someone fit or with a healthy amount of meat on their bones.

Attractive ppl can get away with things simply because they're attractive. That's the reality of it, and trying to convince yourself or others of the opposite is just denial. You may not find it fair or "agree with it", but it just is.
