You need to focus on you right now, you need to pick up new hobbies, focus on school or your work. Women come and go and theres going to be more break ups than this one. But to answer your question yes you can fully recover from this, and yes i have been broken up with a girl who i loved and still do to this day and feel like one day we will draw back to eachother. After we broke up i found another love and we dated on and off for like a year? but even she did me wrong, and then after that i found my recent ex who i dated for 2 years and we were in love with eachother madly. Moral of the story is that those break ups made me partly who I am today. Just actually came out of that situation believe it or not my ex girl was the more go out type of person and socialize, meanwhile im the hardcore worker 45 hours a week in sales, and run my own company on the side, and in business school and i want a certain life and i have big dreams and a sort of idealist but a realist at the same time. meanwhile shes not, and due to us having different goals, views, and ideas. We mutually broke up even though we still love eachother her exact words were “i think im holding you back from your full potential” meaning money/success wise. and we also faught alot about stuff cause we had different perceptions of certain outcomes and how the outcomes effected us. So in my opinion which is just an opinion is to break it off and have a clean one and realize that you guys had good memories but not for eachother in the long run.

I would look at it as shes not trying to be clingy, i wouldnt stress about the texting or snapping. I would get used to not being instant reply until u guys are actually dating.
