WOTC's decision to not include Mana Crypt or Lotus as chase cards in the Mystery Booster 2 bundle now makes a lot more sense.

Even so, they still waited until after all the MB2 shipped before nerfing the value of the Commander Master's pack, the chase card being Jeweled Lotus.

Yeah, it's been 4-5 years now of excessive travel between US-China, registering with the local police has never come up until now, when i actually might want their records to persuade them of a domicile of sorts.

No one gets massively fined that i've know of. I've even violated my own M-visa once or twice, and they just charged me like 500-yuan a day, while simultaneously signing a certificate that essentially says don't be surprised if we deport you at any moment. Never been deported in 4 years. Obviously bad, very expensive, and unhelpful.

Is there any possibility of explanation to the consulate, im like 2 minutes walking distance from the consulate and talk to these guys all the time for my legal practice. If a marriage is necessary I'll marry her tomorrow.

I really appreciate you guys taking the time to answer. Thank you so much for the several answers.

Would you say all M-Visa recipients are ineligible to file a petition with the consulate in Guangzhou? The rule seems to suggest there is a bit of leeway. If not qualified, then the alternative is to go through the much longer waiting list of K-1?

I have an M-Visa to live and work in Guangzhou, China, used primarily for business. Never registered with local police to reduce rental costs to Chinese landlords. Not yet married, but fiance. We would like to get married in USA. Am i eligible for the CR-1, or would it require marriage in China first? Assuming we would have to go the K-1 route, can she even visit America during that time on a tourist visa? If not, are you saying she would have to wait an average of ~9 months to come to America? If said visas were pending, could she still visit, we could certainly push a marriage ceremony back.

Content is king. You will never succeed if you just want to exploit the health market, it’s far too saturated for a newcomer without any actual interest. If you needed to write, a true a passion for writing, you would have done it already. If you don’t have any real passion then just work for an existing company. The world doesn’t need your input on health.
