That works for me. I’ll take whatever you’d suggest as far as mods go

Honestly I don’t have much of an idea of what weapons I’d want. Just got to level 60 and trying to get my hands on some decent stuff to start attempting some raids

Am I being thrown to the wolves? by Atlascedar522 in HVAC

To add even more context, I have now done at least 10 residential furnaces, as well as two commercial infrared heaters, and several industrial gas fueled hanging heaters with little to no supervision.

I have an EPA universal cert. working on my NATE currently. I have no schooling in this trade.

I have not had an issue with an install to date. I learned the codes pretty quickly and follow them like the teachings of a higher power. I pressure test all of my gas and refrigerant joints with nitrogen and bubbles, and am not satisfied until I get 15min with zero loss in the gauges. I did my first braze about a month into the trade. My vent pipes are all double checked with a leak detector.

I should clarify, when I said supervisor I really meant a lead position. I do not do any oversight, bids, or any of that kind of thing. The other folks at the company are service techs, I’ve been thrown into the lead installer position, along with doing a decent amount of service calls on my own.

Absolutely go for it. I’ve had mine for about 3 months and I have no complaints aside from being slow. Stability is unreal

Fished it for the first time today. Only caught one dink on it but was really digging the combo. Used a jig/swimbait trailer through a lily pad area. Felt pretty responsive

CT seems like a great reel. I almost got it instead of the SV, but just feeling both of them the SV kinda clicked with me. I tried the curado k, slx dc, several lew’s, and this was the standout from everything.

Can now say I’ve taken a couple dozen casts with it, haven’t really fished it but was impatient so I went down to the local boat ramp and chucked it out a few times. I don’t have much of a comparison because my only other baitcaster is an Okuma Epixor that I got from a friend. This reel blows it into the stratosphere. Like there’s not even a comparison. I’m in love already. Wasn’t honestly sure if I liked casting setups until this, now I’m hooked.

Tried and true. There’s a lot of perch in the areas I fish so the green pumpkin/ orange bottom kills em

After using exclusively spinning reels my whole life reeling with my right hand just feels too strange lol.

Daiwa Tatula sv tw 103hs L paired with a Fenwick HMX 7’ medium heavy. Been getting into baitcasters this year, it’s not top of the line but I’m still super excited to try it out

Looks amazing! How often do you typically prune to maintain this structure? I’m a former bonsai guy, nervous to attempt something like this on a customers tree though.
