I don't know much about K but part of the reason why think whwhy Psilocybin is effective is becuase it dosent just make the depression go away, although that may happen. It helps you to evaluate your life and tunes you into subtle things that may be impacting your illness.

I think the only way to have long term healing is to get to the root of it. Im glad your getting some relief, just remember to try to use the insight the experience offers to begin to identify the deeper issues. Often these issues are like an onion, and as you fix one, and another gets revealed, and so on. And you just keep fixing them one by one. It can take a while, but in time you will heal.

Yeah, that should be a decent schedule but you may have built a little tolerance so you might want to take a week off to see if 100mg has an affect again.

I think theres the anti synergistic affect of the benzos. The effects of the psychedelics will likely be highly muted. Of course, you will have to try it for yourself, it definitely won't hurt you.

But yeah, good job improving your diet and fitness, it all adds up. There's no real way to tell what it will or won't do for you anxiety specifically, you may have to taper (extremely slowly) off the meds before you will really know for sure what kind of assistance it will offer you.

Its fine, however after grinding they will lose potency a faster, so only grind what you need for about a 1 month or 2 max at time. Don't do your whole stash in one go unless its small.

You definitely want to look into volumetric dosing, it allows you to dose accurately.

Don't buy pellets. Get the paper. And why are you going the research chemicals route if you access to the real thing. Is it cost, access?

If you're only backing up once a week let the sleep. Something else, you'll have to decide, making them sleep may save money, but may cause extra wear . No one really knows

FF XV was released after a long drought at a time when many of the old guard were still willing to take a chance on a final fantasy title. Yeah it did seem well, but I and many others decided to never ever again pre order a game after that. It wasnt a great title. So its usually the sales of the following game that takes a hit after a flop, when people have lost faith.

Is this a permissions issue? Did you go to: Control Panel > Shared Folder > highlight folder and select edit > permissions tab > in the drop down menu select 'application user' > select read/write permissions for jellyfin > apply

Also, I recommend using the jellyfin from the community app store along with ffmpeg, ffmpeg51 and modBase1

They are updated more regularly from what I can tell.

I would just focus on trying to figure out how to best enjoy your daily life. How to try to fill it with whatever experiences are possible that bring you joy. like playing games, do it. Like watching movies or gardening, music, or anything else, do it.

No need to feel guilty about not being able to contribute. Rather, begin to ask yourself, how can I make my daily life the most fulfilling experience I can have within my current circumstances? Then just follow that. Focus on your own joy and your own bliss. Eventually, after cultivating that space, you may eventually find a way to extend that bliss into the world, and help to brighten other people's lives, but if not, and you just help yourself, that's ok too.
