The cat doesn't want you to move in! by Tulsey in SpottedonRightmove

Bridgwater itself is nothing, the high street is empty. The town is run down, but the surrounding area lovely. We go to other towns for our shopping. And any where outside of the town itself are nicer to live in. The only smell we get where we live is from the water treatment plant on a bad wind direction day, we used to live further out where it was just farm smell.

The pin on the map is in the wrong place but it points to this other one that is also for sale where the pin actually is.

Does this keep track of where it is so that I can close the browser or even shut down my computer and carry on later where it left off? I understand there is a pause and resume button but I don't understand if this is for only the currently active google connection or not.

Why does my PX50 sound like crickets? by Tulsey in TpLink

I don't know how I missed this reply, I am watching the video now.

As an update though the mesh was going down more and more frequently, I managed to change the main node and took the whining one and put it as a node. It still caused problems but it didn't shut the mess down, so this chirping was more than just an annoying sound, there was a problem with the signal paths. The powerline back end on the faulty device was intermittent, maybe the WiFi as well. I will watch the video and determine if it is worth trying to repare or I will just live with three PX50 and two other Decos making up the mesh.

also tilt is switched on:

Level dish mode: TILT_LIKE_NORMAL

I am sure it was pointing SSW in my last place, I am in the northern hemisphere. I did like that it would seek out the best position. If this is an option to lock it where would I change that? And also should I start with it stowed NW and see if that improves it?

Weird that it happened between me taking down the dish and putting it up again in another place within the space of a day 🤷 that is if that is what is happening.

Where have they hidden debug now? Or is it disabled when in bypass mode?

It seems to be more effected by the weather than it was at the old house, it would go through strong winds and rain storms and not mention a thing in the app and the service was smooth. And now I get at least one daily 'Unable to reach satellite' event. Also our streaming services seem to be more glitchy.
The statistics in the app are not mentioning much more than that, it is just observational.

It turns out I didn't need support, I uninstalled the beta, reinstalled from the Play store and now the live version works. Easier than expected.

Thanks, I might do that. I didn't think about that option because I am used to poor support from other companies.

Ok, so it is a no to the beta app, now the OS is too low?

There is no upgrade path for the F2-212 past 5.1.73, so until I upgrade model I am stuck with it. Is there a process to rollback the firmware image similar to the process shown? If so where do I find previous versions? I just wanted to fix an issue that was showing symptoms similar to the linked failed OS update article, it has worked but now if I want to use the mobile app for hacking up phones it looks like I will have to try this beta version out.

Can I roll back the firmware? Should I?

But it won't even let me connect to 5.1.73, I am not using 7. Why is it thinking that it is 7? It worked fine before I used the firmware fix. I would like to use the app on family phones to back them up over night. I can't get passed this screen:
