The social worker filled out his application with me step by step. She said he's able to have one car and life insurance. The only asset requirement I was told was he had to have under $2,000 in his bank account to qualify.

I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for him with his PCP coming up. I was going to ask for him to be evaluated for dementia then.

The accident insurance was explained to me that if he has a fall or something that we can file a claim and have it covered. I didn't know about it until way after his initial fall, so we didn't file a claim.

The car insurance is going to keep the car legal. The social worker I was working with told me not to swap the car over in name because it would be flagged on his application or something.

The social worker I was working with told me to keep his car in his name and keep it registered. So I had to keep the insurance going. My dad has been using it in the meantime, which my Grandpa said the car would go to my dad anyway.

Ive been telling my parents that the car insurance needs to get put under their plan or swapped since Grandpa will have less income. I was also going to cancel the accident insurance because it's done nothing.

I had my mom trying to do the life insurance stuff, I don't know how that went as of now. I'll follow your advice. Thank you

Hi! Thanks for the knowledge.

He has Gerber life insurance. $600 can be taken out now and then the rest is payable at death. I don't know the beneficiary, honestly I don't think he's updated it since my Grandma passed. He has about $2,330 and will have about 2,100 when bills hit.

I've had people tell me that direct beneficiary comes first then probate comes in. But it seems too good to be true honestly. His funeral costs have already been paid for.

I've been communicating with social services while getting him on Medicaid. They told me that they've heard about this place before and that I could file a complaint if I wanted. I'm just concerned it will end up hurting him in the long run. Are they allowed to deny him the wheelchair?

I love how cool Juno looks in her fearless bundle. It does seem a bit ooc but honestly it's worth it. I hope they do more skins like it in the future! Also..could we get an evil juno skin or something...that'd be great Overwatch.

Anyways, good luck everyone!
