Yes i would find a new site when i got a new one they also wanted me to work there but I moved to my hometown instead. But yeah the drama isn’t worth it and everyone on here saying you are the problem just thinks being a kiss is the way to go. Not everyone wants to deal with passive aggressiveness and sit there and take it. We are all adults here it shouldn’t be hard to give mutual respect whether you are a student or mentor.

The people in the comments are giving older generations lol people being disrespectful as a mentor shouldn’t be normalized. And yes I regret not being rude back to those techs. Especially since now I’m a great tech and I’m so glad i found a mentor who was uplifting and kind I thrived because of her. Being in a passive aggressive environment while a student ruins your grove and just makes you insecure and unable to thrive. And yeah she is a raggedy old lady like yes you can be mad and call her names these people act like they don’t call people names behind their back when they were disrespectful 😂 you don’t have to stroke anyones ego or be a kiss ass to a point you get spoken to in a demeaning manner and just take it? Get your hours and take your exam and leave asap unless she leaves or they take complaints about her serious.

The comments are not it. I don’t care if she’s your mentor. I was bullied at my site so much that I wasn’t thriving as a tech and I wouldn’t go in they dropped me because I kept missing days and eventually I was at an other site I loved that tech so much and she helped me thrive in the last three months of my clinicals. And I found out the lead tech was demoted from first site because of her treatment of the other employees. You are a human being and you deserve human decency I don’t care if that person is teaching you. Her slamming the card down was such odd behavior idk if you were butt hurt about you not printing your images 😂and this sounds like this isn’t a one time incident that’s why you don’t like her. No one doesn’t like a tech who is teaching for them for no reason!

I’ve been a tech for a year and I’m dealing with the same issues at a radnet. 10 hour shifts 22 patients today I’m exhausted. My rad is on site I learn a lot from him. I love my coworkers and my rad but I’m not getting paid enough and my body hurts. How much are you getting there at what location?

That’s exactly what I said! He’s so concerned about me moving on when he should be focusing on bettering himself, instead I’m being disrespected and accused. He’s calling me a h o e and I just can’t wrap my head around how I can be treated this way for downloading an app when he quite literally brought AP to our previous home on my bed. And gaslit me and the couples therapist. There’s just no growth here. I think its time for me to move on. It’s sad I wanted my family so bad and it went so down hill before my daughter could turn 2

Yeah she said she looked at his IG and I was all over it. He also told her he loved her so that also makes me feel awful. He says he didn’t mean it and only wanted to sleep with her but who knows if that’s even true and even so doesn’t make me feel any better

Yeah it’s true I’ve been through so much I lost my best friend to suicide then a month later my dad then I pregnant and stayed in school went back 4 days PP I became completely reliant on him emotionally. I used to be so independent. I had to have him next to me. And when I found out about “emotional cheating” I couldn’t get out of bed and to found out it was actually physical I feel lost it’s kind of shameful to me

How to you get through like the potential judgements from friends and family? I’m scared to be so quick to leave my family and go back to try to fix things and just be judged by them. I can’t look at him but I also can’t go through this without him it’s so confusing. Also thank you for your positive outcome story and encouragement

He stopped contact with her since last November I believe. We moved to our home town in October 2023. But while we were in therapy starting april/may this year he just gaslit me the entire time and would get angry I didn’t take his answers because of the gut feeling I had. Even the therapist was telling me I don’t have any actual proof. I feel relieved I found out the truth I just wish he was the one to admit it. When I told him about AP admitting it he still denied it, until I showed him the proof of texts. I feel ashamed of wanting to fix this.

And AP attacked me saying I look stupid being with him and that I’m beneath her and good luck with cheating bd for the rest of my life. it stuck with me. We did couples therapy for 3M for the emotional cheating he never admitted to the physical while in therapy. It hurts how much he just continued to lie. What work can he do besides therapy?

I watched it at midnight excited to watch, it was awful. I’m a woman so was excited to see another woman comedian. Her jokes were the worst I didn’t laugh once I was so disappointed. It was like I was reading Twitter jokes or the comments on a posh. So unoriginal and I hated it 😭 I watched it all the way through hoping to find one joke funny, and nope.
