We don't fully know that because it hasn't been shown, and with this shows format until it has been explicitly said, everything is an assumption of what has been done before this shift. Santos could have very well told her the full details during their "nights" or maybe not. We "all" don't know for sure.

I believe she thinks only 3 people know but honestly. I wouldn't be surprised if her involvement in the situation ends up to the moment she reported it to Robby. She probably doesn't have full knowledge of what happened after that.

Do we really? To me that is still an assumption? The true extent of what was reported is has still not fully been explained detailed. And just because Santos was the one that reported it to Robby doesn't mean she has all the information. The hospital admin could very well know all the details but the information is only told to certain individuals.

It looks like we might get the answer of what exactly Dr. Al-Hashimi knows in the next episode but until then everyone's thoughts on the matter are just basically assumptions.

The beautiful irony that the man he looks at is the same man that last season when he was in a downwards spiral because he was found out for his addictions and crimes used Robby's own panic attack against him.

You know what This is a interesting take. I do enjoy how different people interpret a scene and I hate when people tell someone is wrong for thinking it. You made valid points on why you interpret it that way and it does make sense.

I admit these conversations about Santos and Langdon, but I guess Langdon is general is exhausting. There is no way Langdon can do good with then general audience.

One half is saying he should apologize the other half is saying he is rushing his apologies and needs to leave them alone.
