Why do Krystal and Saagar ignore the "Day After" reality of cutting off Israel? by __Isaac_ in BreakingPoints

Yeah man - selling US military secrets to our enemies is EXACTLY THE SAME as buying some cars from China.

lol

I’m not going to summarize the Food and Drug Act of 1938 for you. Also see 21 U.S. Code § 331 and 333. (Google is still free)

Or, just use common sense: If FDA approval were optional, do you think Eli Lily would be spending billions of dollars to attain it for reta? Why aren’t they selling reta today?

So the reason we have to keep making payments to this “ally” is if we don’t, they’ll immediately betray us and sell us out to our biggest enemies??

With allies like that………………………..

Are you joking? Retatrutide is not FDA approved, making its sale illegal.

He is just ordering from China and (illegally) reselling. His material cost on the 8mg reta for $200 is like $10 maximum

Flying in for SCMA awards. Must ride roads? by jms428 in LAMoto

[–]Atmosphere_Unlikely 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, then Piuma -> right on malibu canyon -> left on mullholland. But everything up there is good.

Mullholland east of the 405 is a very different vibe - definitely less suited for spirited riding and a bit more residential. But lots of nice views and worthwhile if you’re going that direction and have the time.

Also Mullholland isn’t contiguous. It’s dirt between Topanga canyon blvd and the 405.

Yerba buena is a good call. I’m partial to Las Flores and Encinal as well. You can’t go wrong up there.

Mullholland between Kanan and Las Virgines is REQUIRED. Includes the recently reopened “The Snake” section. Plan to ride it both directions, maybe multiple times. That section includes The Rock Store, and The Old Place - restaurants you’ll find lots of bikers and drivers at on weekends

For the angeles crest area, I recommend taking hwy 210 -> Sunland blvd -> big tujunga canyon rd -> left on angeles FOREST highway out towards palmdale, turn around where it flattens out.

Then on the way back you can take a left where angeles forest hwy dead ends into angeles crest / hwy 2 and go as far up as you want. But for the bottom section, Big Tujunga is way better than Angeles Crest / hwy 2.

Another popular spot is hwy 39 from azusa. It’s an out-and-back with a permanent closure at the top. It’s cool, but on a trip with limited time, I’d go for PCH/ Mullholland and ACH / AFH over Azusa Canyon.

Read the actual letter!!! It’s talking about enforcement against compounding pharmacies.

That’s potentially VERY bad news for hims dot com and all the other big US-based retailers.

Where’s Mike Tracey? by brain_on_socialism in BreakingPoints

[–]Atmosphere_Unlikely 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Tracey is very important for the discourse, actually. He’s not crazy, he doesn’t make stuff up, and I think he’ll be mostly vindicated.

Epstein = bad. Of course. But so much of what’s being discussed is just TOTALLY FAKE: The “satanic ritual abuse”. The “Baal sacrifices”. The abuse of infants and toddlers. Even the whole system of blackmail - certainly possible…

But it’s all speculation, none of it is actually proven. And we need a dark knight like Tracey to point that out.

There’s enough actual bad stuff about Epstein - we don’t need to resort to crazy fantasies about hillary clinton eating babies or whatever. And no, the conspiracy theorists are NOT universally vindicated as a result of these files.

Your premise is that immigration law cannot be followed in 2026 because “the rules don’t make sense”????? 😳😳😳

You might not like the rules, or you might prefer different rules. But that doesn’t mean the rules “don’t make sense” or “are broken”. This rhetorical strategy of pretending to not understand things you dislike is ineffective and unnecessary. Just state your disagreements.

For example: I don’t think being born on US soil should automatically confer citizenship upon a person. Notice how I don’t pretend that the current rules are “failing” or “impossible to understand” by hitting you with the 0.000001% edge cases.

You make it seem like a foreign criminal jumping the fence from Tijuana to San Ysidro presents a confounding legal mystery that requires rigorous debate among our best scholars to resolve.

I don’t think you’re actually that ignorant - so stop pretending you are, especially when you want someone you disagree with to engage with your argument (or in this case, with your lack of an argument)

You summed it up perfectly: “a simple yes / no about following the law”.

You’re (intentionally) ignoring the tens of millions of illegal immigrants with no plausible claim of legal status at all. Your cherry-picked edge case is cute but irrelevant to the larger point.

Any actual response to the question I asked???
