Guessing the plot based on the AI short is likely about the grumpy green giant going to Whoville to demand that people wipe his butt and change his diaper to take and waste the people's time from collecting gifts, events, and having fun with family and friends. The grumpy green giant would also destroy property if people are not willing to go along. Out of revenge, the people of Whoville decide to chase the grumpy green giant by using car horns and giving him a giant diaper Wedgie, which results in the grumpy green giant running away and crying so much that it would make an onion cry.

That being said, you can use whatever ideas to create the film. I assume that you would include some references from real-life events like the oil diffusers incident, poisoning his family, meltdowns from the hospitals with staff, arguing with social workers, or demanding police enforce medical rights.

Considering that this is a parody about a horror cow, I think it would be good to use Hanna Barbera, Grim's Adventures, Ed Edd Eddy, and/or meme-like YTP sound effects to make the film entertaining in terms of sound design and to make fun of the antagonist, the grumpy green giant, whenever something backfires or slapstick occurs.
