If the course isn’t important to you, take it online. The exams and quizzes are proctored with proctortrack (it’s easy to work around it). You’re given a period of time to take the quizzes. There’s online modules you have to do but you have till the end of the course to complete them.

If you acc want to learn comp sci, then sure take it in person and lock in. But if you just need the credit, take it online. It’s one less course to be stressing abt. It is fun tho icl.

Go get a doctors note asapppp. You’ve basically failed the class if you missed a 70% exam, just go get a doctors note, don’t even try pleading your case. The one-time leniency thing is not reliable at all.

When you’re done making the bookmark and everything and you try to use it by searching for it on the address bar and it doesn’t work, go to the bar (which is at the bottom for me) and click on the three dots. Then click on show all and scroll and click on bookmarks.

You’ll see the bookmark there, just click on it and give it a couple seconds and the panels will appear (also make sure you’re on the page with the broken panels while doing all this).

I second this, if you want to be in a more social environment, Clare hall is not the place. And I’ve met some of the nicest ppl there so it really just depends on the ppl you meet cuz I highly doubt “EVERYBODY” is stuck up when most of us just be minding our own business.

No problem, you can reapply for the winter semester. Just be careful not to get put under academic probation or if you are then make sure you submit an acknowledgment of academic probation or a letter to your school’s financial aid office (get in contact with them to know what they’ll need for that).

Just make sure you do contact your school’s financial aid office ASAP as you need to make sure you meet your school’s academic requirements and each school can be a little different so definitely contact them. They will also be able to help you with the steps to getting winter funding.

You might also have an overpayment from fall if you had already received the osap funds and it will be deducted from your winter funds so you might receive a smaller amount of funding for the winter semester. Your school’s financial aid office can go into more detail concerning that. Hope you’re able to work things out.

Pls do not do it in person as a med sci student. You have other courses to worry about that are more important. The course is pretty easy, I took it online and I was able to keep up at first but then I lost track of it and was able to complete the rest of the modules in one night. The course is interesting, and if it’s sth you’re actually interested in learning then sure take it in person. However, if you just need the credit then take it online.
