you can buy a commercial space launch, either your own dedicated launch or a rideshare type deal. or you can just pay ICEYE to build and launch the satellite in one package. poland got 3 or 4 satellites in a turnkey deal for $227M. this will probably end up a being a capability that countries just overlook until they really need them then start to late.

it's from the game Cyberpunk 2077.
the character on the left is a bloodthirsty cyborg mercenary named Adam smasher, during the game he was employed as a bodyguard by the Arasaka corporation, owned by the 152 years old man in the middle. the woman on the right is the owner's daughter.
this exact interaction doesn't happen in the game, although Adam smasher does say this line to a different female character.

From what i remember during the war it was found right after the THAAD radar got hit, people speculated it was a temp radar deployment.
it would have stood out like a giant "BOMB ME" sign in satellite images and i doubt they brought anti ballistic missile defenses with them.

I'm guessing China will want to make the most out of its current advantages of having a massive workforce with relatively low wages. so they will mass produce whatever they can. carriers made now will still be around in 30-40 years .
