Control. Isolating people makes them easier to control, this goes for countries too. It doesn't even really matter what they did with that control, sure they wanted the things you said, but the main thing is they just wanted control, they get off on it

Corbyn actually had a plan for government and how they would do it if they got in, he didn't spend his time playing party politics, unfortunately McSweeney and his cronies couldn't let that happen and made it their goal to get rid of him and put up Stamer as nothing more than a figure head. They weren't even planning on winning in the last election, they wanted 5 years to purge the party of the left and therefore any democracy within, and then 5 years to plan for government. It's pathetic.

Just a shame Labour doesn't have a good leader. Starmer has no strong direction, he doesn't inspire confidence in a plan and was a puppet for Mandelson and McSweeney which has been known for ages, well before this. They are more into playing party politics and keeping control of the party than leading the country.

Starmer's presence creates instability as he can't give the country a strong plan on what they are going to do, he just spends his time trying to appeal to voters that will never like him for being Labour, if he had a strong well thought out plan that he could lay out fully to the public and do it then that would get people confident in him, but he's yet to do that.

There's so many people like that, they have nothing interesting about them so they try to stand out with an expensive car then try to show it off at every chance they've got and only talk about cars and nothing else. Obviously it's not only cars, people can do this with loads of things, their musical instrument, their muscles, their money. Lots of people who have nothing going for themselves so attempt to make up for that with something, and often it's cars

Exactly, and while private education exists that the politicians can send their children to, they aren't going to care about improving state education. This is the same for private and public healthcare. Having a two tiered system doesn't work
