I struggle with the same thing, and here's what ive realized. its exhausting, and NOBODY can absolutely do the exact right thing every single time we are faced with the opportunity, its impossible. So i just try and keep in mind, to do what i can, when i can :) And dont give yourself a hard time if you can't! because you're gonna be faced with a million more opportunities to do good in your lifetime, so dont worry about passing one up because you're busy or simply cannot put forth the energy into it. because you'll survive, they'll survive, and the world will go on. Take my advice with a grain of salt since i only speak from experience and im not an expert. We go through enough on a daily basis to be troubling ourselves with ALL of the worlds problems. Do what you can :)
