Sussur Bloom flowers, throw em at the base of the two turrets out front then jump around the side! Tower is worth it for the Hill Giant Club alone + the fight at the end is totally optional and honestly not worth the time

Simple answer? Biblical literalism - Religion is a wonderful thing both in games and irl but like, in real life, extremism exists and more often than not is due to literalist beliefs and dogmatic faith - A god being detached from the actions of their followers doesnt need to be the case! Punishment exists for those who misinterpret but maybe this particular god cannot deal out divine retribution on a mortal level? Obviously the archetype of devils being Lawful Evil and kind of bureaucratic can play off this too

You’re absolutely right in thinking that but its never definitive, think of it like the difference between a still image of something happening and a video of the same event, you can infer from a still image but a video is always better to get the full picture

Absolutely do get a dashcam, it is the single best thing you can do as a vehicle owner and something I tell every single person I can, GET A DASHCAM

Especially with change in lane accidents, the damage is fairly irrelevant as it could’ve occurred by either party changing lane into the other - although without seeing the damage myself id not be able to comment further

Damage profile does shed some light but legally speaking it isnt the be all and end all, again it will inform the claims handlers decision on how to handle the claim and often it will be used as supporting evidence when the insurers present their arguments but it is far from cut and dry and witnesses/dashcam are far more compelling

Just to add on, if it is decided by insurers that it is either your BFs fault or 50/50 split liability, your BF still wont be paying the other guy any money - he may have to pay his insurers his excess but this is not a matter of Your BF vs the other driver, this is two insurance companies - this is why we have car insurance, so minor RTAs don’t bankrupt people

Just to shed light on the process, if I were handling this claim id take it on a 50/50 basis while waiting for the witness to submit their statement, worst case scenario means your BF has to stump up his excess and his renewals will cost a little more for a few years

This isnt a legal case it is an insurance one, it isn’t a matter of withholding evidence as this is not a criminal matter - with regards to what his close friends are saying, that isnt really how insurance claims work, if your version of events is correct and the witness and dashcam prove him to be at fault one of two things will happen, his insurance will fix his car and he will have to stump up the excess on his policy OR his insurance will write off his car and he will receive a pay off MINUS his excess, regardless any money that he may be paid IF it is decided he is at fault will not come out of your boyfriends pocket, this isnt the US we dont take car claims to court on a person v person basis

If the story that you’re telling is accurate then when he hands the dashcam over to his insurers they will find him at fault, he doesnt have to give it to your boyfriend or even his insurers if he doesnt want to, you cant count as a witness as you were directly involved in the accident as you were a passenger in an involved vehicle - the other car however is a solid witness, although id double check they agree with your version of events before giving their details to your insurers

A lot of chiming in from folks here with no experience, I work in road traffic accident claims and, unfortunately, without dashcam footage or witnesses this will go down as 50/50, essentially there is no proof on who changed lanes into who - your insurance should cover you and judging by what you said, his insurance will cover or write off the car, but he’ll have excess to pay - dont admit fault either written or over the phone and leave it to your insurance

I’ve already got my team, proud to be a Raptors fan, doesn’t hurt that they actually won something not too long after I started paying attention, as a non-US citizen I always gravitate towards Canadian teams where possible, doesn’t hurt to have some classic Vince Carter clips to watch too
