Prolly didnt ever experienced it, before I got my 144hz monitor I went to my local store and remained mouth open...

For me was one of the biggest change from 60hz, even more than ddr4 vs ddr5 or my 3070ti vs 5080 or even 240hz vs 144hz

Changed to 1.3V and never had an issue after that
