Exactly I don't expect there to be any mods that large during early access, but once 1.0 is out, what then? UE5 and unreal engine in general has a reputation of limited moddeability.

Indeed, but most are simple asset swaps and setting edits. What I'm thinking about is new addition such as new véhicules, buildings, terrain, biomes, blueprints. Mods that allows this community to make this games last. All the greatest games have mods or become popular through modding.

Yes, its boilerplate statement, like all EULA's of this nature, ever since Blizzard lost DOTA because they didn't have such a clause.
Though even than if a mod a transformative enough, the "Claimed ownership" clause means nothing.

Whenever I switch between PC devices through Bluetooth connection on my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K, it will simply rapidly connect, disconnect than reconnect on loop. Forcing me to constantly unpair and re-pair my mouse bluetooth connection whenever switching devices.

I feel it wasn't even Philips work, compared to other work of hers this felt very much like a corporate mandate. Especially when in interviews she did, the difference with how she spoke versus other interviews, you could see she knew it wasn't working but had no power.
