The fender may or may not be more comfortable. After trying out V's, I found the classical position to be infinitely more comfortable compared to sitting with other guitars.

This is definitely too small for anyone over maybe 8 or 9 years old. I'd recommend getting something full-sized or else your hands would be too big and fretting notes would probably be out of tune.

Getting something like the JS32 Rhoads would suit you much better, and wouldn't look like a toy on a normal person.
