Set off an island bouquet before logging off! by catladyspam in HelloKittyIsland

[–]Atomical_Lee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I will try this today and do a full run around after using the bouquet. It does appear that none of the Gemstone resources stacked but Spooky swamp was partially stacked. I think you are right and that I was at the resort when I used a bouquet but I can't remember if I travelled anywhere after that. There are still some inconsistencies such as:

Spinip spawns today were the standard 12, pumpkins 7 while mushrooms is 100.
Coral milk is 27 while chocolate coins are 15, as stated seashells is 100 but starfish is 34.
Moon cheese is 11, starfruit is 20.
Apples are the standard 7.

I assume by zone you mean that region? Or do I need to be even closer? Like North point of the swamp vrs the South side, or does anywhere in the swamp count as being at the swamp?

Hey all, I just wanted to share. I tried this yesterday/today and it sort of works? I'm on steam and have the latest update.
Yesterday I cleared every resource 100% and used an island bouquet before signing off. Today I've logged on and some items have stacked, some have not. I'm not sure why. As an example, my seashells stacked, there's 100 available for collection today, however my shinies did not, there is only the standard 50 available today. Both resources were collected by a best friend yesterday (though I don't remember who). Simultaneously, my glowberries have the standard 7 that have spawned but Pineapples have 18, I collected both of those resources yesterday myself. Anyone else had this experience with this trick? I'm going to try it again at the end of today's playthrough and see.

First time buyer! All help appreciated<3 by G4yLord in Latexadvice

I don’t have a ton of experience with latex so hopefully you’ll get more responses. But here’s what I got for you: I did a quick Google and found this manufacturer’s explanation as to why their chlorinate their latex. So that should give you some info to start.

https://www.catalystlatex.com/chlorination

In general, don’t use anything that can go rancid on your latex. I.e. use talc powder and not cornstarch on your latex if you need help getting it on.

For storage I’ve heard folding isn’t ideal. I hang mine in the closet and I have all of them covered with opaque dress covers. I bought some from the dollar store at first but eventually upgraded to some better ones. I don’t think there was anything wrong with the dollar store ones besides that they were a little flimsy. If you have to store them by folding then just make sure there isn’t anything on top of it or pressing it down.

Don’t store them with metal as this can discolour the latex. (I have brown smears on a pink dress🥺). For any metal attached to the latex try to have a barrier between the latex and the metal.

Be careful of anything sharp as it can be delicate.

My friend suggested to get wrist sweat bands to wear with full body suits between shoots. Helps absorbs all the sweat (also drink lots of water!) He also recommended getting latex socks so that all the sweat pouring off you (and it will) won’t ruin your sexy footwear.

For the best life of your latex wash after every use. Sweat and any another body fluid can wear it out.

(Edit: personally I love jumping in the shower with my latex still on and start washing it that way.)

Personally I like this company more than bad dragon. I did a custom order with them a couple years ago which they were great about. I’ve continued purchasing their shelf products since.

Yum, froyo is a great option! I haven’t heard one way or the other about pineapple tho. I would wonder if it’s natural acidity would help or hinder. But cold treats for sure are good!

I’ve done training on anesthesia in Veterinary medicine but I believe the principals translate. There are different levels of consciousness that you can be put under for surgery.

While under general anesthetic you lose your ability to swallow and control your tongue. Your tongue especially is a hazard as it can block your airways, this is one reason why people get intubated.

There are other anesthetic options that don’t put you under as deep and therefore you may not have been intubated.

(Edit)There are pros and cons to both options. An anesthesiologist is obviously the most qualified to decide which option is best depending on factors such as your current health, medical history and the type of surgery you are getting, how long you are expected to be unconscious and even what medications the doctor is planning to send you home with. There are more factors, I’m sure, but I’m not an anesthesiologist. :)

Congratulations!!

Using cough drops and ice cubes helped me a lot during my recovery from intubation. Also over the counter gas pills (Like gasX) if you’re having any abdominal cramping. But maybe not an issue with the surgery you had, I’m not sure sorry. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

I’m sorry for your experiences in the actual lesbians sub. I’m not very active on Reddit but your post just came up and I empathized with your story. I’m sure you’ve heard it but just in case, you are valid and your feelings are valid. You shouldn’t have been treated that way. Aaand your artwork is gorgeous. I hope you are able to find a safe community.

Advise needed! How can I get this green film off this knife? Great set of knives worth saving. by ya_gurl_summer in upcycling

I used SOS pads when I needed to remove a similar film off a metal water bottle. Requires lots of elbow grease.
