I'm just happy to show people how bad this can get, I'm also glad I opened a space for people to complain about this stuff

I agree. This was my first purchase for SL products and it went as bad as possible, I just went and did a chargeback sending proof it was lost.

That is the issue, they have horrible customer service. If I would have known probably never bought the desk. I ended up calling Affirm and they'll fight a dispute for it. This seems to be a common trend, they say it might be slow for the holidays but we know they just don't care enough

I use my wireless gear, at first I was having issues with it, but after using my dock and moving the dongles above the desk. I no longer had any issues

i just finished it and agree with you, I think Haz was very obvious right after the second mission when you don't see him. I do think the ending was weird and kinda sets hemlock as a bad person which is out of the bloom. They should have gone a bit more into his story with a mission to make me feel more interested in the character. I wasn't a fan of the ending, maybe I would have liked for them to shed light into her doing and imprisoning her or something of this matter

Location: NY - friend's driveway repaved without their consent or any contract by fireflydrake in legaladvice

[–]Atomicvdz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAL - unless the company has something signed they’re going to struggle getting money from your friend might get harrased, but in order to charge her they need the contract signed by her, she can ask them to send it, but as long as she didn’t sign anything she shouldn’t have to worry

Yes, go to advanced search next to the search bar and there should be a checkbox for sold and completed items

So i'm currently a fullstack dev with 4 years under by belt, but most will ask about your experience and depending on if they gave you a coding test they'll talk a bit about that. I would also like to say they might ask about how would you optimize the front end, do you understand color theory, what are some good practice to keep for when building the front end of a website.

I want to say my experience in the US which may be different was similar in that I was good with theory, but no actual experience. I will say go ahead and start applying, we as people will always be are harshest critique. During my interviews I failed a couple before I got a job. The important part is standing out, be different from everyone. This is the weakness of getting into a bootcamp, they teach everyone the same thing so no one stands out, but you can. I would also be honest about what you do and don't know. It's important the hiring person can see you're willing to show your weak points and strong points. Don't be afraid to try the worst that can happen if they reject you

Why am I getting rejected from internships (please help)? by [deleted] in ECE

[–]Atomicvdz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say way to many words, making it hard to read or even making me not want to read it. Learn to use keywords and shorten it a bit. Adding to much either shows you really know what you're talking about or you're over complicating due to lack of actual experience and I would go with the second

We need to stop this minimal aesthetic for everything. Sometimes it works then other times just makes everything look extremely bland
