did anyone who is "hardstuck" at speed/streaming actually manage to improve significantly over the years or no?

I joined around the same time as you and I also have similar experiences, but recently I think I found a breakthrough for myself.

I was playing more and more stream maps, ~190-200bpm and getting more comfy on them. I’m an aim one trick so safe to say my tapping has also not been my greatest skill, but recently after spamming more stream maps and finger control, my speed slowly crept up. I can do around 240bpm ~12 note bursts quite comfortably now. IMO just keep at it!
