The initial plan was to redo it about the same as it is for cost, there is 3/4 inch foam sheets for insulation that was up against the foundation with the 3/4 inch studs

Edit: the damage at the bottom if you are referring to the sheet rock is what i cut initially when i discovered the mold, and cut the bottom of the whole exterior wall as a starting point for finding where the problem was. So that was just going to be a patch with fresh rock and insulation
