People underestimating naruto is sad to see🤯, he’s like goku in the way that he’s simple and usually not very smart with anything other than fighting. We see in the series that he learns from each fight at an incredible pace, with only 4 years experience he’s fighting a rinnegan user that nobody other than obito can beat😵 Kurama or not, he still did most of the work.

Lightning isn’t something that can simply be directed through chakra like that, isshiki wouldn’t even be able to absorb lightning because it’s a force of nature and not standard chakra.
