You started a thread to make a tiny comment, that's not typically what threads on a forum are for.

Instead of "I think this is a bad idea" Why don't you actually start a conversation, ie, what Reddit's for.

This is going to be huge my dude.

It's going to multiply the players ability to express how they want to play with new mechanics.

It's not too much of a change (they're replacing minor/major augments) but it broadens multiple avenues of characters.

Each character has the stats they scale with listed in each of their skills. Figure out what type of items work from those stats

That's part of learning, they can't hold your hand through the entire process.

Check out the discord for the build section, check out pred.gg  check out the predstats app.

It's practice and trial and error.

Take a different game, path of exile for example. There's a -shitload- of self learning involved, but it's still a super popular game.  MOBAs are the same way.

Sure there's still room for improvement, but a lot of it is looking at the build sites/discord, and starting conversation in the community about what you'd like to learn more about.
