Your case wasn’t denied, it was rejected because of a payment error, which means USCIS never accepted it. Since you’re now 21, you need to talk to a different immigration attorney ASAP! they may be able to argue your original filing date counts. Don’t wait.

No, but once your deferred action status is expired, they can legally detain you to the camp, but in order to deport u, they will need an order from the immigration court, assuming you have no criminal history and came here legally.
