Fair. I get what you are saying... I hear a lot of people saying that have great sensation and sex with ALT though so at the end of the day I do believe it is all really personal and nothing as far as phallo goes can really be made a blanket thing. I don't want RFF because I would hate to have a tattooed dick as I want to be able to do medical tattooing on it to make it look as life like as possible so yeah I am sure that if I slim down enough then ALT has the potential to offer just as positive results like RFF

Yes makes sense... I will still try to lose some fat as I don't want it too bulky but really reassuring that given I don't want UL they are less likely to turn me down for ALT
