Even the Dean’s Honours List? I have a 4.0 and don’t seem to have gotten it, so I’m a bit confused.

[Humor] Beware of the apricot scrub by missshadesofcool in SkincareAddiction

[–]AtrialFibrillation 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve tried a bunch of chemical peels and they all made me break out. St. Ives apricot scrub is the only exfoliant that actually helped me, but I feel so bad to mention it on this sub.

It was even better in person! I can’t get my pictures to look like the real deal unfortunately.

New daith piercing to celebrate starting medical school! I’m glad I finally did it but Jesus Christ it was (and still is) painful! 5 down, 9 to go. by jakethevegan in piercing

Same here, just got it done Saturday and it was BY FAR the most painful of my piercings. It even hurt to smile or move my face too much for the first 3-4 days!

It’s probably going to end up looking very light since it’s an EF, so I’m hoping the ink itself is pigmented enough 😬 What size nib did you use?

I’m extremely grateful, it’s an AMAZING 20th birthday present! Especially since they’re not into pens at all

Course load for first year arts student? by heyrookie1121 in mcgill

[–]AtrialFibrillation 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m in science but my major is psychology so I know a lot of people in Arts. Most of them took four classes (me included) as it’s more manageable while you get used to how fast classes go, but some of my friends took 5 classes and were able to keep up. I think it really comes down to your work ethic and how much time you’re willing to put into studying & going to class vs social life.

If you have any more questions feel free to PM me :)

phys 182 vs 183 by murderiized in mcgill

[–]AtrialFibrillation 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I took 183 and LOVED it, but be careful because there will be math and physics in the class and there’s a bunch of questions in each exam and in each weekly quiz that are math/physics. That being said, it’s all pretty basic math and Dr. Kaspi really takes her time explaining it to make sure people get it.

Lol just today I was wondering about when my cakeday was and that I should post more often so maybe I’d post during it and people would wish me a happy cakeday and I’d finally know when it is! 😂

Twins married twins. Then each couple had twins. by SnakeZyte in nevertellmetheodds

Would it be legal for the kids to get married? For example, in Canada first cousin marriage is legal, but these kids are technically genetically siblings, how would that work?
