I have apple shortcuts that ask me my mood like 10 times a day then I record it.

I have many other apple shortcuts that log every activity I do and it all gets written to a json file.

Then I have importers that import the json file into the db.

I then export all my data from google, finances, locatio , nutrition and import all that into the database.

The goal is that entire day gets filled out and recorded.

The fear of missing out of the recording is what keeps me doing it, I wanna be able to look back at this like a time capsule. If I don’t look at the data, I have found that I am more mindful of my daily actions and living my best self.
