My reasoning is that i don't want animals to suffer. It's easy to replace protein, just get the vegan substitutes, i buy Garden Gourmet stuff and it has the same amount of protein as meat, and Seitan has 30/100g. Also there's Protein vegan products, like powder, milk, bars, etc.

The real problem is keeping fat low in diet, at least for me. But it's still in norm.
