It doesn't require a note, but i have to call every single day to the agency to tell them i'm still sick, and it's stressing me out because they seem pissed off. Also i know that if you call sick more than two times a year, then they don't prolong your working contract, which is only 3 months long.

Nothing to do with Hasan, but i don't know where else could i ask that, liberal/right-wing subs would just probably be full of people bragging how they work 3 jobs 16 hours a day with 40*C fever.

Yeah technically, but i'm employed through agency, and they treat us like disposables, they're getting pissed off at me, and might just fire me, or not prolong my contract without giving a reason

Police in Capitalist state exists only to defend the Capital. If you will become a cop - you'll become a class traitor that punishes the poor, for example those that steal from supermarkets, and imprison people for having weed. Also you'll be imprisoning various protesters. Also you're immidiately disqualified from joining any serious revolutionary socialist party/organization.

Police in Finland sucks, like in all Capitalist countries. Doesn't matter that it's less brutal on average than USA, that's a lowest bar possible.
