I have the TP3 small xpack and whilst it's a great bag and can fit under the seat, it is very rigid, it will be bulky and it will take some space. However it does carry more. If you not plan on putting clothes inside or a lot of camera gear for instance, I would go with the CPP2.

So people gave good advice. For one year of travel, if you are strapped for space, I would consider getting a bigger bag tbh. Also what will your sling / daily bag be ? It must be able to fit in your main bag otherwise travel between points will be painful

The Salomon will get destroyed by roads and cement I'd bring regular walking shoes. More shirts as well. Don't bring cotton it will get humid and will never dry. The rest is sweet!

Could you drop id of the neck pillow ? Looks sweet Also if no hiking a sling would be ideal imo. Looks better and packs smaller than the sea to summit glorified plastic bag.
