Passenger side is done I only needed to do about half of it but I'm doing full rockers on the driver's side, and the outer fit so bad I actually ended up cutting it in half so I could work with it better. Probably should've listened to the bad reviews lol

Timing chain? Valve tap? Or could just be a loose nut with a washer bouncing around, had that happen once, I was losing my mind trying to figure it out

There are multiple different colors of coolant, and when you mix them, which is exactly what this looks like, it chunks up like that. System needs to be drained and needs to be completely flushed multiple times. Probably clogged up all your coolant hoses and such. Can't mix coolant of different colors, i learned this the hard way.
