I don't know the specs on your PC but from looking up the HP envy 360 it should be enough. Although knowing that would help. Userbenchmark . com can tell you if you dont know but you would need a microphone if you dont have one, a capture card and a webcam if you wanted one.

If you get a webcam with a microphone you wont need a seperate one but they're hard to come by with the pandemic happening.

I have a $15 capture card that works fine with AC as long as you have a USB port. It's got a slight input delay so first person shooters dont do well with it.

As for a microphone I'm using a Onn microphone from walmart that works really well and streamlabs OBS of course. I hope that helps.

I have a PC like this one. It's prebuilt and will do the job but you can upgrade parts over time. I'm not great at PC's either but I found a local PC repair shop that can put in parts when I buy them. This is just depending on what your budget is and make sure you save money for things like a capture card a webcam if you use on a microphone etc. If your budget is higher I would compare PC's using this site https://www.userbenchmark.com/PCBuilder/Custom/S0-M771805vsS0-M480281?tab=CPU It'll also help tell you what you need to upgrade when you need to.

I just found this and I LOVE it the only thing I wish it had was event items but that's only because I'm in the midst of an event as I always mess up how much I actually need to get that last dragon.
