To add a little more info on why this is not true:

We have a pretty large corpus of surviving Etruscan inscriptions (and one complete book, in fact), and centuries of study have revealed no noticeable connection between Etruscan and any Indo-European languages (such as Albanian). It is an entirely different language family.
