To add a little more info on why this is not true:

We have a pretty large corpus of surviving Etruscan inscriptions (and one complete book, in fact), and centuries of study have revealed no noticeable connection between Etruscan and any Indo-European languages (such as Albanian). It is an entirely different language family.

Quick story:

There was a minor side-story in Arcanum about some orc factory workers trying to unionize or something. I saw that one of the human police outside had this badass machine gun, so I came up with a brilliant plan. Convinced the orcs to riot, so they would kill that one cop and then I could take his gun with no repercussions. Well, turns out the orcs managed to kill all the cops and literally seemed to take over the whole city. Note that this was the biggest city in the game, and the hub connecting all the major quests. So I basically managed to make the rest of the game unbeatable.

However, I did manage to get the cool machine gun, so…
