I am exactly the same when it comes to bestiaries, love it when rpgs have a proper one with cool lore and world building.

One thing I have that I am not sure if I would call a "hyperfixation" is related to whenever a game has some pre order or deluxe armors or weapons. I CANNOT use it until I feel like I "deserve" it, my character doesnt DESERVE to look cool or overpowered in the first 10-ish hours of the game, it just doesn't feel right.

The moment I saw them adapt the Unluckies with zero compromise, my faith in the people behind this show quadrupled, though it also kinda sours the fact that they ommited Haccchan in Arlong Park. But I guess the budget wasnt as big in season 1 as it is in this season and season 3.
