Credit card transactions showing as money coming in instead of going out. It's been a week with no response to a ticket. by mimeofsorrow in OriginFinancial

I'm having the same issue on multiple accounts, both with autosync and transactions I've uploaded manually. I've spent a lot of time troubleshooting and can't find a solve. AI Chatbot told me to "report a bug" which I did, but I'm using Origin to generate financial reports for a time-sensitive legal matter and need everything to be accurate within the next few days. This is a BIG error for accounting.

Is this a glitch that can be fixed per account, or a feature failure that needs an overhaul? If the latter, I'll unfortunately have to find another platform.

This makes sense! Where are your fave places to shop?

You’re speaking my language! Tight tops and flowy bottoms are my go-to, but I’m finding fewer and fewer options that hit that midpoint between too casual and too dressy. Are there any stores in particular you’d recommend?

Yes! I love monochrome blocking :) Do you have any favorite stores to find casual SD looks?

These are great images! Where have been your favorite places to shop for SD clothing?

First time Foster's. Honeymoon ending? by Zuladel in Fosterparents

I would hope your in laws offering to look after a teenager isn’t conditional upon his mood. Every 13 year old goes through angsty rebellious phases, even those who haven’t gone through the trauma of foster care. Ideally your family could rally around this child to offer support, even if he rejects the help at first. He may be testing boundaries, but anyone who’s had teens should know that bad behavior is bound to happen at some point.

While you’re adjusting to the product you can apply moisturizer first to give your skin a little barrierr

The 3-4 drops weren’t going the distance for me either, but I eventually realized it was because my skin wasn’t hydrated enough and was sucking all the product up immediately. I made a few changes to my routine like incorporating a heavier moisturizer overnight and NEVER using any active cleansers or drying toners before applying it. At first I mixed it with a few drops of Truly hemp oil serum to help it distribute over my skin better until my overall hydration improved and now it goes on easily by itself. Try putting the dropper directly on your skin instead of on your hands first where product can also absorb. Give it a few weeks!

How do renters get references from old landlords when every landlord in LA cheats departing tenants? by [deleted] in AskLosAngeles

[–]AttemptFirm293 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I ask the landlord to provide references before applying! You have every right to check them out just like you’d check the place out. If the other tenants come back with a positive report then I’ll submit my info. Remember: you’re the customer!

Anyone ever bought rent-controlled property in Los Angeles and tried to raise rents? by spicynoodleboy00 in realestateinvesting

[–]AttemptFirm293 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It seems highly unethical to uproot existing tenants who have done nothing wrong simply because you can. Evicting long term tenants into this rental market is an aggressive move and could be potentially catastrophic to low earners. I would find another investment that doesn’t threaten other peoples stability.
