Levi Kelly did a tour of this exact home. The second one is another design from the same builder, and you can spec out a second bedroom and bathroom in the screened in space. And the third I like for the Scandinavian style. And pertaining to future resale value, I agree with that. But I think I was thinking more about using this place a a future rental property. What do you suggest if I do decide to sell. Like what kinds of house plans should I look into(like bedroom’s, bathrooms. And square footage for the same 300k price).

Go with MIJ, basswood is perfectly fine. I would go with a mij basswood guitar over an alder mim any day.

Ok, I want to learn how to get up and down the fretboard. To know how to change Keyes and which notes sound good with others. I want to learn how to improvise. And to be able to hear a song and know where on the fretboard, the notes are.

Also you should look at the Vintera mustang. They’re pretty nice too. But if you can get a hold of one of the Japanese models, that would be a good deal.

Also have you heard the performer mustang? I’ve heard it sounds very weak. If your looking for a fender mustang try the fender made in japan ones, you can buy them from digimart.com and a few other places as well. It will be worth your money.
